April 23, 2023 - Nose- Woodsy and dark berries.
Palate - chocolate, dark berries, smokiness.
With eggplant parmesan, wedge salad with bleu chesse dressing-- perfect pairing!! -

January 5, 2022 - Deep, dark, reddish-purple garnet in color bordering on opaque. Full, forward & attractive nose of ripe fruit aromas of black cherries, blackberries & plums with overtones of earthy/dusty & floral notes of violets, smoky, tar, minerals, spices, herbs & a hint of cedar in the background. Medium-full bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, lush, ripe fruit flavors of blackberries, dark cherries & plums with herbs, spices, minerals, cocoa & a hint of vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present with decanting & extended airing. Although more accessible than Siro Pacenti's other offerings, it still has potential for further development with additional aging.

July 21, 2021 - earthy, ripe and complex on the nose, fresh, juicy and delicate in the mouth, with pleasant spice, mature, polished, fine-grained tannins, had it with a delicious T-Bone at Asam-Schlössl, Munich
