February 15, 2024 - 2 bottles, over 2-3 months. Very light, nice acidity, slightly tart fruit. But overall, insipid and disappointing - at some point eliciting the comment from my wife “do we have anything else open?” There’s something missing here on the palate that would otherwise make this a very elegant wine. Maybe this is in an awkward ‘tween phase and gets better with a few more years - I really don’t know… Not a re-buy for me.

August 30, 2022 - (Palate may be corrupted by lots of mustard before tasting…) Very light in color and to the nose. Light cherry, strawberry and rose flavors. Nice, delicate wine, more delicate than other Beaunes I have tried.
