September 8, 2022 - Profound mineral etch, ample acid. Strawberry, plum, seawater. a bit of citrus rind. This remains incredibly compelling, though not improving as far as I can tell.

April 21, 2021 - My favorite "non-provencal" rose I have tasted. Pale strawberry in color, slight effervescence and freshness. Plenty of acidity to hold up against most lighter dishes. Just a pleasure to drink.
