March 18, 2022 - Funk blows off to give a very delicate red fruit nose, hint of seaweed. It's very light in the middle, lacking concentration but very juicy and maintaining some energy. The finish becomes a little denser and a nice light tannic hold. Gets better, denser, when above cellar temp.
