November 3, 2016 - Les grands vins d'Alsace se conservent très bien grâce à leur acidité qui les maintient longtemps en vie (et en forme). Ce Riesling grand cru Brand, élaboré par un grand vigneron, Albert Boxler, fait danser les papilles!Sa robe jaune or, brille de mille feux, son nez très fin pétrole d'une manière racée évoquant, en outre le pamplemousse et les fleurs blanches et sa bouche,vive,droite, racée, distinguée emplit la bouche sur la pêche jaune. Un bien beau vin de garde! Coup de foudre, bien sûr!
