July 25, 2021 - This wine took a bit of time to open up, I drank it at 2 hours and again at 3 hours and the extra hour really made the difference (maybe it was the pouring and adding air to the bottle itself). The colour is very rich red/purple and looks nice. The oak is at the front on my pallet, tannins and acid are in balance. Flavours of red fruit, earth, oak, and saline.

January 18, 2020 - Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Malbec
Full body, bright crimson to purple color. Intense aroma of ripe fruits, Mediterranean herbs and sweet spices. Rich black cherry, dewberry and black olives palate combined with liquorice, plummy and floral finish. Powerful and complex but slightly unbalanced, fresh acidity and already integrated tannins. Food friendly, well match to vegetable soup with fresh champignons. Serve 16º - 20º. Open about one hour ahead. Still young but already enjoyable, drink now and next six years.2 people found this helpful Comment
