June 24, 2019 - Out of Coravin: Ruby colour. Rather closed on the nose. Can tell it is young with acidity, but quite balanced. 14% alcohol is indeed well disguised. Finely integrated tannins. Probably needs time decanting as certainly would not buy again based on first try.

Into eto, first try: Mild, but present redcurrant and bramble aromas. Still too young on the palate.

After some time in eto: Fleshy fruit, with tannins becoming firmer.
