January 7, 2024 - Lovely right now. Earthy, herbaceous, violets, raspberries, green pepper. Like a Bourgueil with a little more fruit.

August 31, 2022 - Well made, but not my cup of tea. Last summer a friend said it tasted like pepperoni pizza and I can't get it out of my head and tastebuds. It's definitely spicy and meaty to me. Ripe red and dark fruit hits right off the bat. Lots happening, but it's not my party. I've tried a few of these and still can't come around to enjoying this mix of flavors. I guess I'm just a mainstream Cab Franc fan.
