March 6, 2024 - This is my style of Riesling. Bright, not heart burn inducing, acidity. Bone dry, full mouth citrus. Pairs well with simply prepared fish or enjoy with cheese on a sunny day. Outstanding.

November 7, 2023 - Fierce lemon-lime acidity and a touch of effervescence. Whiff of petrol on the nose at first that dissipates quickly. Gunflint, cement. Very tightly coiled right now, should improve a lot with age. How much? No idea.

Guesses: Sauvignon Blanc. I got a grassy and stonefruit element here. Seemed rather sharp and fresh.
Mistakes:
The honey call from George should have been a clue and I did not get petroleum at all so I missed the Riesling guess.
