Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Tenuceppi Likes this wine: 87 points

December 13, 2020 - Entry level Bourgognes are mixed bag: For some being sheer rip-offs, this is among the better ones.
Authentic Beaune in style, having a good backbone with its acidity, fresh overall with some berry tones - and thus it's solid in the fundamentals.
The cons are acceptable considering the price, but it's straightforward and lacking complexity, the earthy notes are minuscule and underdeveloped.
It's ready to drink and 87 pts now, but may be 88-89 after a year or two.
