April 3, 2024 - Firing on all cylinders. Fresh linen, overripe mango, baked apple, warm honey, and vanilla bean, and some chenin funk on the nose. Candied lemon, honeycomb, vanilla paste, and tarragon on the palate. Great acid. Great balance. Everything very harmonious right now.

February 20, 2020 - Needs serious decanting. When first opened, strong aromas of saline and petroleum. These blew off and it was much better the second night, and the small amount left for a third night even better. Then it had a nose more like baked and bruised apple, ginger, guava, and still a little saline. Nice long finish, serious acidic backbone.
