February 29, 2024 - 블루베리, 블랙베리, 체리의 짱짱한 과실과 스파이시, 실키함
적당히 무겁고, 적당한 산미에, 적당히 부드러운 타닌
    참 밸런스가 좋고 맛있었다.

November 20, 2023 - Incredibly seductive nose with soft spices and fruit perfectly intertwined. The palate is lush and juicy with great structure and fantastic cohesion. Long finish with a hint of milk chocolate.

    Deep ruby colour.

Pronounced aromas of cranberry, black cherry, all spice, cloves, sandal wood, eucalyptus, caramel, blackberry, black plum, roasted meat, black pepper, coffee, milk chocolate and licorice.

    Pronounced palate.

Full body, medium (+) acidity, medium (+) tannin, long finish.

December 28, 2022 - Really lovely. My Niece & her Husband brought this over for Christmas. Blackberry, Black Pepper and earthy notes. Lots of depth.
    Really enjoyed this wine.

April 20, 2022 - This is stunning. Guessed it completely wrong coming from a huge Shiraz fan 🤣. 20042022 - blind night with MYS sifus at Butcher’s table. Voluptuous & sexy. Great depth of explosive but feminine dark fruit. Palate is filled with creamy notes of blackberries, blueberries and vanilla. Medium bodied wine with well balanced tannins, delicate minerality and layered finish. My Wine of the night
