  April 23, 2023 - Revisiting after drinking the previous bottle in November 2020. No question the wine is better nose as some of it’s over-the-top-ness has softened. Less sweet, extracted and most importantly, not as hot. Medium bodied, richly oaked but not cloying, powerful acids. Getting to a good spot but I’m happy to hold my last couple of bottles for another 3-5 years to see if this will wine improve further.

  December 26, 2022 - Shared this on Christmas 2022. It’s a bottle we received from the owner Chuck Wagner there are three more left. It drinks unbelievable it’s one of the best Caymus is I have ever had. I think he dug into his private seller to get me these bottles.

  July 20, 2022 - Nez très boisé. En bouche beaucoup d ampleur, rond et chaleureux. Après un premier verre, laisse l impression d une certaine lourdeur. Bonne longueur. Aurait mérité mieux s il y avait un peu plus de finesse
