Community Tasting Notes 1

June 18, 2023 - Medium straw color. Nose of herbal white flowers and honeysuckle, Asian pear. Entry is yellow peach, hint of white chocolate brioche and oregano and a dusty white pepper finish. Chalky minerality with good salinity. Acidic character. Probably just on the other side of the curve so if you have these its probably time to start drinking on em.
