September 28, 2019 - Light pink in color. Fragrant, attractive & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries & hints of lime & orange zest with overtones of floral notes, spices & minerals. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of fresh strawberries, tart cranberries & citrus notes of lemons & limes & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present. The wine is a blend of "saignee" lots of Grenache from various Santa Barbara County vineyards.
