July 8, 2020 - And finishing this tasting of Cabernet from Napa Valley postponed by the quarantine ... tasting interruptus. And when one expects to encounter an Oakville tannic bomb, a moderately spiced cabernet appears with dusty notes of cocoa attached with black currants and blueberries. Very good level of complexity. In the mouth, as it has been advanced, it is smooth, broad, quite round, balanced, providing long seconds of pleasure at the aftertaste. Winery that I did not know and from which I frankly got a very good impression.
Y terminando esta cata de cabernet del Valle de Napa aplazada por la cuarentena ... cata interruptus
Y cuando uno espera encontrarse con una bomba tánica de Oakville aparece un cabernet moderadamente especiado con polvorientas notas de cacao ajunto con grosellas negras y arándanos azules. Muy buen nivel de complejidad. En boca, como ta se ha avanzado, es suave, amplio, bastante redondo, equilibrado, proporcionando largos segundos de placer al retrogusto. Bodega que desconocía y de la que francamente me llevo una muy buena impresión.
