Community Tasting Notes 2

May 29, 2020 - Quite rustic, feels clumsily made from good elements. Savoury, slightly peppery, somewhat sweet, with a very strong metallic streak and some unpleasant green elements coming in the aftertaste. Tolerable but I didn't look forward to my second glass from it, more like getting rid of it and not pouring it away.

April 18, 2020 - Cherry on the nose
    Decaying forest
Tastes more alcoholic than it is (13.5%)
