November 13, 2010 - Really good nose that develops over time. Smooth tannins. Its colors starts to get browner after 5 years. A good long after taste that that remain really pleasant for the time it remains.

I won't be shy to keep it into the bottle for another year or two.

Even the day after, if you re-open the bottle, it will keep the same good nose and taste. Just keep it in the fridge and let it get back to the room temperature (about 17 degrees) for 2 or 3 hours.

Overall, quite a good wine for the price!
