May 6, 2024 - Clean, precise, well defined, pure, elegant, lean but with a lot of character.
Ruby red, medium body, intense and precise on the note, vertical on the palate, with an incredible balance and an astonishing drink ability.
We can discuss a lot about Sassicaia, but form me the truth is, you need to be ready to appreciate it, and it’s not overrated, even dough is very classy and mainstream.2 people found this helpful Comment -

April 30, 2024 - Had 2 bottles among 6 friends. Decanted for 2 hours. The wine evolved like a good burgundy. Just incredible depth, structure and richness. Concentrated but hasn't gone over-board and remains in balance. Violet, blackberry, blueberry, cherry, tobacco, granite. The tannins are refined and the length is of a very impressive wine. I'm surprised how underrated this vintage is. The kind of wine a burgundy lover enjoys. If you know...you know.
