Community Tasting Notes 6

November 27, 2009 - The nose on this was insane. Wonderful mushrooms and wet soil. A lot of earth on the palate, but plenty of fruit too. Incredible for the price.

    September 26, 2009 - no complaints.

August 2, 2009 - Very tasty claret. I was surprised at how young and vigorous this wine is; it is still two or three years from its peak. Nice dark color, quite aromatic, not complex, but good depth of flavor. Tastes like a good Bordeaux should taste in a good vintage.

May 19, 2009 - Good example of the broad flavor profile that bordeaux offers. Herbal notes on the nose that carries over to the pallet. Not a great wine but a very welcome releaf from my typical California wines.

January 3, 2009 - Nice straightforward little wine with herbal and spice overtones.
