March 1, 2021 - Has this with spaghetti with pineapple meatballs. It complimented the dish well, but since finishing dinner it has gotten a a bit peppery and acidic.

July 19, 2020 - Drinkable. Not bad, but not good for my palate. Am letting it sit 24 hrs and will try again tomorrow but not optimistic.
