  January 2, 2022 - From top of the slope, 0.34ha plot, planted in 1962. Spent 12 months in oak and 6 years on lees. One of the most intense Blanc de Blancs, tightly-laced fruits and sweet toasted wood. Beautiful nose of concentrated orchard fruits, toasted beads, and smoky minerals. Oxidative and touch of wood influence, some resemblance to Selosse. Racy acidity. Sadly only 1585 bottles produced in 2013. (92/100)

  Too aged, oxidative and not the typical Brochet acidity and austereness. Some yellow stone fruits. Too short finish. 91

  July 22, 2021 - A gorgeous Blanc de Blancs with high acidity and great intensity also offering complex notes of lemony fruit, chalky minerals and grilled nuts. Quite pure and deeply satisfying if you like an intense style of bubbles. Quite dry but not overdone and there is freshness and balance suggesting this will continue to age well.
