January 15, 2023 - On sight, Cherry raspberry colour with fast legging.
I open this while i am cutting vegetable, could smell the wine from 1-1.5m away. On the nose, its abit jammy, some red fruit, bits of spice.
Was thinking, its gonna be interesting but when it comes to the palate, watery thin, tannic, nothing more to offer.
Brought half case, #haiz, 5 more bottles to go. Damn. -

March 20, 2021 - Rose and bramble notes on the nose, savoury and a lot of pepper to taste, leaving earthy tannins. Thin and muted, even more so on second day.

February 10, 2021 - A touch of Parma violets to the nose here, a richness of fruit underneath but not overripe or over the top; powdery tannins on the palate, doesn’t quite deliver on the promise of the nose. Disjointed.
