January 1, 2024 - Had this on New Year’s Eve last night with Oysters Rockefeller- went very well with that but if feels like the 2018 vintage is speaking more and more here? More dark than previous bottles and also less fruity and charming. Not sure they(the 2018 of this) wil age as well as I thought initially

    August 5, 2023 - Colour: medium(-) gold
Nose: medium(+) intensity, secondary, youthful. Lemon, mandarin. Peach, nectarine. Passionfruit, pineapple, maybe mango. Gooseberry. Mint leaves, tonic water. Wet stones. Cedar/splintery oak, vanilla, caramel.
Palate: dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol (13,5%), medium(+) bodied. Medium length finish, medium(+) intensity. Lemon, mandarin. Peach, nectarine. Passionfruit, pineapple, maybe mango. Gooseberry. Mint leaves, tonic water. Wet stones. Cedar/splintery oak, vanilla, caramel, cream. Touch of phenolic drying character, maybe from the oak.
Conclusions: (good to) very good (esp. on day 2). Can drink now, but suited to further ageing.
    Seal: natural cork
DAY 2: maybe even better after being left open in the fridge overnight. Oak is still prominent, but a bit less overt than yesterday. Stone fruit and pineapple have come even more to the fore. Really nice!

    May 31, 2023 - Well...possibly the best vintage of this property I have tasted , thus far.....after reviewing 2014,15, 16 and '17.
On nose: vibrant meyer lemon and white grapefruit.
On palate: strong follow through of above flavour notes, in addition to quinine, fresh thyme, vanilla/ oak, faint coriander, and a ghost of carmelized tangerine peel.
All delivered on a full, almost rich body( but bone dry)
The oak and acidity weave together with fine balance, in glass the colour is a vibrant yellow ring gold, with solid legs.....decanted for 2 hours, and at 5 years of age is showing very well....with a decade or more to soften and evolve....a go to wine for Salmon, Halibut, Sea Bass or roast Chicken.

May 18, 2023 - Delicious white Boudreaux. Lots of tropical fruit, citrus and vanilla. Not overly acidic and medium body. I really enjoyed this wine. Could benefit from some age but is pretty tasty now.

May 13, 2023 - Just lovely but perhaps slightly more reticent and a bit less exotic than the last bottle. Is this entering a more closed phase ?
