  February 26, 2020 - Mi Sueño Cabernet is a full body that is bold and dry. This wine is smooth with blackberries and chocolatey taste and aroma. This wine can be drank immediately with just 30 minutes of decanting.

  December 10, 2019 - This wine is young and shoukd ve decanted for at least 2 hours. This is another great wine from Mi Sueño and should continue getting better over the years

  June 2, 2019 - Dark purple color. Nose boasts jammy black cherries and cassis, topped in sweet vanilla coffee, anise and cocoa powder. Full and chewy but velvety with medium/low acidity on the palate, and lots of black cherries and blackberries, juicy and full fruit. Notes of cocoa, clove, coffee, vanilla and cedar. Rich and velvety and delicious but nice depth and complexity, too, with a spicy, minty finish. Should improve over the next few years. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon (mostly from Coombsville vineyards) aged 22 months in 60% new French oak.
