August 23, 2021 - I had this over three days. Frankly, there’s little more I could ask for from a Mediterranean white at this price point. The nose speaks of place—sea and salt with faint floral elements and white stone fruits. The palate follows it—the salt is at the forefront, but around the edges there is almond skin, Asian pear, orange and lemon rind. The finish lingers nicely.

The acidity buoys the wine and for me is the real highlight (I would peg it at medium-plus).

This wine would work wonderfully with fish and white meats.

May 16, 2021 - Ripe white peach, pear, apple orange peel. Pretty simple; but full bodied. Acid is mostly gone. Probably a bit over the hill.

April 3, 2021 - Light yellow-golden. Nose of newly-mown hay coupled with young citrus. The pulpy citrus character carries forward in the taste. A wine of considerable acidity plus a bit of minerality. Gets the juices going in the mouth.
