December 9, 2022 - Medium bodied, traditional styling with modern components. Have been slowly working through a case since 2017 or so and have just now found it to have reached a maturity plateau that takes it out of bright cherry Sonoma and towards the garrigue of Burgundy.
For the first time it's earthy, sultry, balanced. No longer a fun, young kick in the teeth... it has arrived, which is unexpectedly serious. Also for the first time it has echos of their Trenton Estate bottling. 91-921 person found this helpful Comment -
