January 26, 2023 - Delightful hedonistic wine. Soft, intense and layered. To contemplate over at the campfire but also to enjoy with friends at a game night. Full of cassis, amarene cherry, black berry and blue berry. Slight hint of pencil lead, chocolate and meaty aroma's. Med acidity, soft but present tannins, med+ body, well balanced and medium aftertaste. Might have a few more years in the bottle but already perfectly drinkable.

November 4, 2022 - The wine looks purple colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like black pepper, stoniness and ethyl acetate. The body is medium. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

    July 1, 2022 - Enjoyed this Syrah.
Noticed more of those meaty flavours and some smoke along with the dark fruit and pepper.
Paired with spicy bbq'd pork ribs.
Very good and will buy again.

June 8, 2022 - At Kaum, Bali. This was decently good drinking, especially with our lightly spiced Balinese food. The nose was rich and deep, with dark notes of plums and blackberries, dried earth, smoke, and a little shade of graphite. There was a touch of glycerol floating in there which threw the bouquet off a little. Otherwise, pretty pleasant. The palate was simple but yummy enough, with sweet, ripe notes of blackberries and plums, these seasoned with spice and wild brush herbs, and then a dark chocolate finish touched with a little sprig of peppermint. A big wine, but nicely balanced enough, with some acidity and a touch of powdery tannins forming a nice frame for the wine. Nothing special, but this was not a bad drink at all.

February 27, 2022 - Nice well rounded Syrah. Deep and smooth rather than meaty and pungent as I've found other Chilean syrah. Nothing stood out as being excellent, but the wine was ballanced and harmonious. Reminded me of an Okanagan syrah with slightly more peppery dark fruit. Meaty tones somewhat muted. Will buy again.
