January 12, 2024 - Omg. Absolutely stunning. My first time laying one of these particular wines down for a few years and boy am I glad I did! Not too many rosés out there worthy of cellar time, but this is absolutely one of them.
Still rich with bright red fruit but putting on incredible complexities of butterscotch and red velvet cake.
Lip smacking but smooth. And absolutely ethereal and intoxicating experience. -
