August 28, 2011 - After an initial nose full of Zinfandel the Cabernet started to show in this wine. The wine remains very dark in color reminiscent of a younger zin and showing continued ageability. The overwhelming taste and smell characteristics were all Cabernet including anise, light earth and blueberry. Very nice wine!!

April 9, 2007 - This one had a slow start. We liked it at a resturant (Girl and Fig, Sonoma) but ended up bringing over half home. More a few days later and it was much better. Unfortuanately a few more days have past so it would be hard for me to write exactly what I liked....
