November 10, 2020 - Heftier with greater dry extract than is the norm for this variety. This is a prodigious example of Albariño. It has the salinity and cut that is typical but much greater depth. In that sense it most resembles Marc Ollivier’s Clisson, maybe indicating longer time on the lees. Great with pan seared Chilean sea bass .
