January 28, 2024 - Bright blackcurrant and warm rubber Syrah - straightforward but delicious.

February 13, 2021 - Deep red. Polished red and dark fruit on the nose. Quite fresh and glossy. The palate carries this through, with a touch of undergrowth as well, and quite gritty tannins to close. By the second day open it seemed a touch thin, which suggests maybe one for earlier drinking.

December 5, 2020 - Loved this one with a ribeye on Christmas Day. ~ Some classic poopy notes a la st Joe. ~ Earthy and rotundone. Ripe plum /Underripe blackberry. ~ Needed 2hr decant, have another bottle which I’ll sit on for a few years.

November 13, 2020 - Cellaraid Discovery Box; 5/19/2017-5/26/2021 (Delivered to Home): Deep ruby, with purple hue. Developing nose, with mint and grass aromas, as well as coffee, red flowers, and blackberry. Still biting tannins, and elevated alcohol and pretty full-bodied, with cherry and paprika flavours, mint, eucalyptus, and grass. Medium length and fairly simple finish

October 24, 2020 - Much too tight and austere straight out the bottle. A good decant helped to bring out the northern Rhône meaty fruit character hiding beneath the tannin.
Probably needs another couple of years.
