April 10, 2023 - A crisp and refreshing red wine. Strawberry notes, some raspberry. Acidity makes this a fantastic food wine. I think this is a great substitute wine for food pairings which you might think first of using a pinot.
The sad fact is that decent pinot noirs that aren't over-the-top candy-flavored confections are hard to find for anything like a reasonable price. This wine is not that expensive and drinks like a California pinot costing about 2-3 times as much. It's not going to rock your world, but it has a very nice nose, good acidity and isn't offensively strawberry popsicle flavored.
I like to have wines like this and high altitude Spanish garnachas in my cellar for occasions when a dinner guest requests a pinot. I open one of these and say "I think you may like this"1 person found this helpful Comment -

February 4, 2023 - Floral notes are the star on this with along with red currants, mild spice, minerals and earth. Good acidity and a tasty wine that could be enjoyed on its own or with food.

December 9, 2022 - This bottle was very typical of the style and other reviewers have described it well. I double decanted it and then only after 2 hours of air did it really begin to shine with the acidity receding and the fruit coming forward but in excellent balance. I think this has plenty of life left in it. If you just PnP now the wine will not show you it’s best.

December 29, 2021 - Okay, this is my last bottle out of a case and a half over the past two years. Each one has been delicious! Lots of berry fruit, good minerality and a medium finish. It is easy to drink and if you have more bottles, I am sure that they will be just fine for a couple more years. However, I don’t think this type of wine will make old bones.
