July 1, 2022 - BK dinner -- a nice wine with notes that were characteristic of Hirsch fruit -- that lifted quality with nice acid, a full suite of red fruits, and some cola and nutmeg. This needed at least an hour to open up, suggesting it needs another couple of years in bottle before you should start drinking.
