January 8, 2023 - Showing very nicely, with still years to go. Good body and concentration, and still a lovely acid backbone. Earth, tart red and dark fruits with a beautifully nuanced NSG spice.

June 2, 2022 - Deep crimson red in color. Very perfumed aromas of violets, spices, dark cherries and hint of soil. Medium bodied palate shows expansive and dusty tart-sweet crushed berries, hint of savory game, medium acidity and a long spice/dark florals perfumed finish.

March 4, 2021 - A bit of tight wound up energy, seems like it’s starting to open from its long sleep. Nose is gorgeous- primary red fruit - spice and fine structure.... with food very enjoyable. Aging very slowly with lots of upside.

January 24, 2021 - Just a few months since my previous bottle and indeed the bottles were similar. There are elements here that kind of remind me of an old bottle of Chave, yet the lingering lighter red fruit pulls me back into Burgundy. Great bottle of wine which for me is at a great state at the moment. Great balance, good fruit nicely paired with a solid spine in the wine. Long. If I had more, I would have serious issues keeping my hand off these from now on....
