July 12, 2020 - Elderflower and peachy notes. Fresh and not as tart compared to my last try a year ago. Works well with a wide variety of foods. A nice house wine!

December 15, 2019 - Nice aromatic scent of roses, elderberry, white flowers and a touch of honey. On the palate the wine is light and elegant with a nice oily viscosity and a touch of sweetness. A bit thin, but pleasant and a good companion to many asian, spicy dishes.
