February 6, 2024 - Nose: Buttery toast. Taste: Initial blast of juicy red berries -- strawberry, raspberry. Followed by some subtle notes of earth, spice, and mineral. Light and pleasing. (Others have suggested a perfect pairing with salmon. I'd have to agree with this flavor profile, though alas not on the menu for us tonight.)

November 25, 2023 - Nice fruit, with a little bit of sour cherry in the mix. Refined, well-balanced, long and lingering finish. Very tasty. Previous reviewer noted it "begs for salmon ...". So we popped it with some cedar-planked, spice-rubbed wild sockeye on the grill. We agree :)
