April 3, 2023 - Pale Garnet with Medium aromas of game, red fruit, dried herbs, oak, perfume, and black pepper. Medium-intensity flavors of sour cherry, game, thyme, vanilla, and some savory notes. Medium plus finish with medium plus acidity and medium minus grain tannins. Very soft drinking wine with some warmth thanks to the 14.5 abv.

October 3, 2022 - This was not what I expected, the wine was very light and medium bodied at best. It was very smooth, and non oak at all. If you like Pinot Noir this would be a great choice as a blend to give it a try.

May 19, 2021 - Nice medium body, fruity and complex

April 30, 2021 - The 2017 Homage to Heritage Châteauneuf-du-Pape is a medium-to-deep ruby wine that serves up a tidy package of dark bramble fruits, Provençal herbs, loamy earth, white pepper and baking spices. Medium-bodied, fresh, softly oaked and with supple tannins, it stays solid on the mid-palate and throws no heat from its 14.5% alcohol (when served at 60-65°F). Finishing medium-to-long, this is a softly-textured Chateauneuf that is hard to resist. This particular bottle was Vinturi-decanted and was immediately expressive, not requiring lengthy aeration. Drink now-2026.

March 14, 2021 - Really nice CdP. Complex blend of flavors (cherry, cassis, vanilla, spice) with a nice finish.
