December 28, 2020 - Pear, peach, minerals, and petroleum. Linear and tight. In hindsight I would have waited 2-3 years at least. A quality Rheingau Riesling.

July 27, 2020 - Pale lemon colour. Aromatic nose with green apple, lemon, peach, pineapple. Grapefruit on palate. High acidity is at the center, fruit dancing around. Dry, medium+ body, good length.

January 6, 2020 - Light straw colour. A nice funky nose with many singularities. Fresh grass, honey, strong flower component and a razor sharp fruit with (imagine that) a candied wrapping. The palate is very precise with very clean fruit and its stone on a mineral bed. The finale is long and honeyed with high acidity. As it opens in the glass it becomes more mellow with all the elements gaining more weight (maybe a bit less definition). Could definitely use more bottle time and will pay back the patience with increasing complexities. Beautiful label
