December 25, 2023 - Nose of well-baked brioche. On the palate, brioche tinged with bright cherry. Rich and creamy (a new experience for me with Hebrart), with a finish that goes on and on. And on. Superb balance (still managing to be delicate) and great intensity. THE finest champagne of my experience (and yes I've had Cristal Rose and this Hebrart blows it's doors off, at 1/3 the price.) Probably a 100 with another few years in the cellar and some more complexity. Strikes one almost speechless...

December 15, 2023 - Bready applesauce and red fruit aromas with secondary notes of cream. Flavor is mostly stewed apples, yeast and vanilla with some citrus and orange peel on the finish. Pinot Noir essence throughout. Nicely balanced with a chalky mineral backbone. Very good.

Disgorged Oct 2020. Hold for further development.

March 29, 2023 - Youthful yeasty nose. Nutty palate of walnuts, almonds, golden apple, and ripe pear fruit with a nice cut of acidity. yeast kicks in on the finish with lemon and brioche showing a medium length. Solid now and should do well for another five years at least.

August 27, 2022 - 2nd bottle from a 6 pack, last tasted ~16 mos ago. This particular bottling was disgorged 8/28/19.
Lovely citrus and mostly fruit fruit, lemongrass, strawberry, a little chalky minerality.
Gorgeous palate presence, bright and energetic into the taut and serious finish.
    Drink through 2028+.

July 13, 2022 - medium mousse but not a lot of bead. nose with cherries and baked bread. palate pretty light with low acidity for a champagne. delicious cherries, cream, and coffee flavors. definitely detectable dosage, tastes higher end for brut.
