June 6, 2019 - Taylors cellar door tour tasting (26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills, Sydney): Slightly reductive initially. With agitation baked black fruits, a little prune black berry & cherry and slight animal notes, cedar. On the palate it's concentrated - like cough syrup without the medicinal portion. Tannins are mouth coating and almost a little milky textured fruit drops quickly. Not very nice.
