That said, it seemed to have decent complexity, not too sweet, but lacked a bit of freshness that makes me glad I only have one bottle of this vintage left but a few of the '07. I think the newer wine will show a bit fresher.

  January 19, 2008 - Bright strawberry red color. Fresh citrus and apple smell, Clean, well-balanced, light body taste with good acidity and a nice finish.

  June 19, 2007 - Not a lot interesting happening here. Pretty color. Aroma and flavor of strawberry, light on both. Seems a bit artificial. There are better choices for the money.

  April 10, 2007 - Started off a little hot (13.5% alcohol), but settled down after a few minutes. Pleasant, with lots of strawberry and watermelon aromas and flavors, but not as delicious as the 2005.
