February 28, 2020 - Pizza Night/New California Wines; 2/28/2020-3/28/2020 (Casa Shikoh): straw colored, slightly pétillant; aromatic, stone fruits, citrus, touch of creme brûlée; good acidity but insipid, 13.5% ABV; made from organically grown grapes

October 6, 2019 - A young bottle when I opened it. Was a bit acidic after opened but smoothed out nicely after breathing for an hour. Taste starts with ripe citrus flavors with a bit of vanilla near the finish. Will let my other bottles age a couple of years.
