February 18, 2024 - Drinking well, smooth tannins, good fruit, full body, slight bouquet, amazing for a 3rd wine, drank with magret of duck and pomme frites, good balance, complex flavors, sediment, a good value, will drink again.

February 8, 2024 - This wine is improving with age, smoothing out a bit. With a brief decant some creaminess comes out on the palate. Rather high alcohol, but fairly balanced overall. Nice charred oak notes on top of a mixture of dark red fruits. Good acidity. For a "third" wine, count me impressed.

September 29, 2023 - Fascinating wine, each sip changes, tannic, complex flavors, maybe time will soften the tannins, fruit is subservient to tannin, drank with porterhouse steak, baked potato and corn on cob and Brussel sprouts, wine needs food at the moment, will see how it develops, will drink again.

August 16, 2023 - Tasted blind. Red berry fruit, horse stable and barnyard notes. A nicely juicy and balanced palate, sumptuous even. Great value for money, but with no distinctive features to set this apart.
