March 16, 2023 - Hazelnut, vanilla extract, tarragon, wet soil, black cherries and plum on the nose, cooked boysenberry and blueberry preserves, coffee and cola on the palate. Very long chewy tannins and perfect acidity, superbly balanced but not overwhelmingly complex.

May 22, 2021 - 90 vvPunkte Offene, würzige Nase, herrlich parfümiert, nicht kitschig, sondern ehrlich Saint-Estèphe, Gewürze, dunkle Beeren, auch Blumenblüten, spannend. Im Auftakt gradlinig, präzis, zeigt Schwung, eine reife Frucht, feine Säure und sehr feine Gerbstoffe, wirkt sehr elegant, charaktervoll und vor allem Appellations-typisch. Angenehm langer, frischer Abgang. Ein sehr schöner Wein. 2025-2037 (April 2021)

March 9, 2021 - Dark in color, the leafy, spicy, tobacco edge to the red fruits comes through nicely. Medium/full bodied you find fresh red fruits on the mid-palate and in the crisp, juicy, bright finish.
