November 8, 2023 - Nez : épices, notes florales...petrol, pétales de rose sèches...soupçon minéral...terre. Souple, ample, rond avec des saveurs de fruits noirs...cassis et noyau de cerise noir, nouveau cuir. Finale de longueur moyenne sur des notes de chocolat noir amer. Prêt à boire avec un repas, d'ici 2025.

July 10, 2022 - Cassis, balsamic notes, shoe polish, black cherries, wood spices...and matchstick and burnt rubber.
Un vin corsé et fruité, avec des tannins présents mais intégrés. Finale moyenne sur des notes de chocolat noir. Boire de 2023 à 2026. -

October 10, 2020 - Clear deep ruby; clean medium nose of ripe/jammy blackberries, vanilla and jammy plums; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is slightly tarter with addition of cherries and cocoa; medium finish; drink now; a little disappointed - not as good as the other bottles

August 8, 2020 - Clear medium ruby; clean medium plus nose of dried and jammy cassis, dust and savoury herbs; dry; high acidity; high tannins; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; palate has fruit payoff and addition of dark chocolate; medium plus finish; drink now or in another 5 years - built to age; tannins started out quite high and then mellowed a little; makes me think I should buy a case of Red each year so that some bottles actually get a chance to age - I always drink them too soon
