February 23, 2024 - T's 45th Birthday (Søllerød Kro): Refined and intense red-berry fruit with a solid acidity and overall backbone. It continued to improve and evolve over time in the glass yielding a very lovely wine!
But, it really need a lot of time in the glass to jump from 92p to 94p :-) MG Bottle!

December 10, 2023 - Wow. Been on the list since day one, and first time opening a bottle. 100% Pinot Meunier. This is so fresh, so clean, so pure that it called to mind Cedric Bouchard. Anyone who thinks PM is a second tier Champagne grape needs to taste this. Fantastic and loved by the whole table.

December 31, 2022 - Big bottle for NY eve, a bit of biscuit and orange notes on the nose, crisp and salty, beads that grip the tongue tightly, nice mineral, ginger, and lemon-lime flavors, quite racy, lovely today but still young and will continue to evolve slowly in the cellar, in an ideal world I would have put this in an airtight chest, dropped it deep into an ocean recess and given my youngest son the coordinates to be sought out in 50 years; but a guy gets thirsty- cheers! Happy New Year.

March 26, 2022 - Bright and crisp with high acidity and tart finish. Probably needs a few more years.

January 29, 2022 - Greg's 50th Birthday Bash: Tasted from a magnum at the start of the evening. High acidity, bright and fresh. A nice start to an epic evening.
