July 19, 2019 - Pajizo brillante. Nariz expresiva, algo de fruta blanca, trecuerdos florales, bastantes toques cítricos (lima) y alguna sensación vegetal. Buena entrada, cierta untuosidad si bien pasa fluido, notable frescura, bastante largo y bien perfilado. Penya La Verema. Cena de la cata nº 289.
