February 4, 2024 - Double decanted in the morning + decanted 2hrs.
Cherry, rose, clay pot, white pepper nose. Really needed time to realize a medium body. Tart cherry, stemmy, leather, velvetty tannins, med acid.

May 19, 2023 - From glass, and judging from the chorus of praise here, perhaps an inadequately aired-out glass (the wine bar drew this out of a Coravin). Mild. Mildly leathery, mildly savory. Pleasant, certainly nebbiolo, but that's all I got.
