April 5, 2022 - 12.5% alcohol. Very short reconstituted cork (not Diam). Pale straw colour.
The nose is discreet but pleasant with white flowers; similar in the mouth with refreshing acidity but nothing agressive.
Probably not the most concentrated Chablis, or the most racy, but this bottle steers a pleasant middle ground; it manages to be fruity while remaining bone dry, which is an excellent starting point for Chablis.1 person found this helpful Comment -

December 6, 2019 - Medium body, greenish golden color. Intense duchess pears, flowers and melon notes aroma. Hedonistic palate of ripe apples with long mineral finish. Very vital, fresh and delicate wine, complex, gentle balanced acidity. Food friendly, tasted with onion- mushrooms soup. Open quarter hour ahead. Don’t cool it too much, serve 12º - 14º. Drink now while young and next four years.

November 19, 2019 - Light lemony-gold colour, faint citrus aromas, dry high acidity medium-bodied with crisp citrus fruits, medium body, medium finish.
